Apparently there are no finishing places kept as they only count who wins in Men's and Women's classes, the entire field of 400 is "Open" otherwise. Initial counts have Amy Hermes finishing 4th or 5th, seems there was a discrepency on one rider due to the costume issue to which I reply "no comment".
The catch words from my conversation with Amy were words like "wine", "whiskey", "hard singletrack", "costumes", "shopping cart", "bike issues", and "FUN".
Guess that wraps it up.
Not to mention all the "tighty whiteys" and dudes dressed up like women. I'd say maybe it was due to the proximity to San Francisco, but methinks it was more like the promimity of the freaks to themselves.
