The 2025 Tarpon season has been a good one, and I ventured out to find one more eat before I hung up the big fish gear for the season in the Jon boat. This video is a recap of that day. It was a fine day on the water, but they all are.

While taking care of normal surf fishing business on Perdido Key, I had one of the "cabana boys" try and block me in while fishing a spot I had been at since before sunrise. The state of Florida has a statute that protects beach fisherman from harassment, so I simply held my ground and kept fishing all morning while he ground his teeth and was forced to eat his pride. Check out this video and you will understand what these clowns try to do to intimidate the fisherman who do not know they are protected by law in Florida. Hold your ground gang and fish away!
