While taking care of normal surf fishing business on Perdido Key, I had one of the "cabana boys" try and block me in while fishing a spot I had been at since before sunrise. The state of Florida has a statute that protects beach fisherman from harassment, so I simply held my ground and kept fishing all morning while he ground his teeth and was forced to eat his pride. Check out this video and you will understand what these clowns try to do to intimidate the fisherman who do not know they are protected by law in Florida. Hold your ground gang and fish away!
