lots of grouse food out there this year, including accorns...
This morning was the opening of Grouse season, sooo, myself and my neighbor Doug, head up to the place where they live. There are more food sources this year than ever with the exception of pine needles as most of the pine trees are now dead. We hit the "A" spot to hunt first thing this morning, load up all our gear, take his two ATVs and dog, and shoot a wopping zero birds...beats the hell out of actually working.sarvice berries.....
and a ton of rose hips...
but we couldnt find the birds!
