photo Agence France Presse
Astana's Alberto Contador (Spain) made Sylvan Chavanel and Frank Schleck go away today as he put in a "Conti" on the big climb of todays stage at Paris-Nice and took control of the race and the race leader's coveted yellow jersey. Contador is the class of the pro peleton at this point winning prologues and mountain stages and showing he is now the man to beat in the grand tours this season. Things should continue to get interesting as the season rolls on. Lance who?
