Two weeks ago after riding the Cole Wheels C-38 for a month or so, which were an amazing ride by the way, I returned the demos to our office and slung my old Dura Ace tubeless road rims on and decided to fill one tire with Stans, and one with Caffe Latex. I subsequently managed a small puncture in a sidewall riding dirt roads north of Longmont, the Stans was in this tire and did not seal, and when I later removed the tire to repair it, the Stans was predominantly solidified, and this was after only TWO WEEKS, which kind of sucked, on top of Stans having ammonia in the product which decomposes the material in your tires. You may want to check out Caffe Latex as your sealant in the future, Dugast says this is the only acceptable sealant to use in their tubeless tires because of the ammonia issue.
