Franco Pellizotti in PINK at Giro, Zabriskie crashes out and fractures back.

Slipstream/Chipolte star David Zabriskie got caught up in a nasty crash in the Giro to day fracturing a bone in his Lumbar spine (L1) in the process, the injury does not sound as if it is career threatening but is sure to sideline DZ for a while. In the meantime, Franco Pellizotti donned the PINK jersey and took the overall lead in the Giro.
