On a day when the winds swirled, the skies went from Blue to pouring down sleet and snow, there was a battle for the ages going on in Vail. One rider would rise to the top and be crowned the 2009 Teva Games TT Hill Climb Champion. In the end just over 30 seconds decided the top four spots. Greg Krause, who the previous day was second in the Colorado State TT Championships, will sleep better this evening as the TT Champ in Vail today as he took home a fat check for $2000. Jonathan Baker was just three seconds of the pace, and in third, the ageless one, Ned Overend dropped every bomb he had but was just 15 seconds from victory today. Great racing, great event, great crowds...let's do it all again next year.
