TT's are kind of funny I find, you can train train train for em, and no matter what your strategy is, start slow, finish strong, ride steady, start fast and then hang on, well, you are just going to plain and simply SUFFER for the duration. I tried to ride th TT course kind of mellow last night, and it was just downright painful. The last KM is a crusher as you well know if you have done this race. Last year Benjamin Day (Toyota United) smashed the old Coors Classic record held by Andy Hampsten to win the overall Men's open title and the $2000 first place prize, not bad for 25 minutes of riding.
