Kevin Soller, formerly of the local Centurytel racing team and now a member of the USA Junior Road Racing team, and who is heading to Belgium Saturday to race in Europe all season, got a ticket today for speeding on his road bike in Grand Junction, a $100 dollar ticket to which he responded....
