McFarling and Jay applying the pressure Saturday, day one of the Boulder cup at the Res, produced some good prospects for the Super Juker Club. Namely Ryan McFarling who has been on fire this season in the Men's Cat 3 races. Day one would be no different as it was Team Mafia at the front of the Cat 3 race early before Ryan, Luke Jay and Moots team rider Michael Robson went clear two laps in. Robson kept the pressure on early until the Mafia Bombs kept dropping and Robson was dropped 10 seconds back. With McFarling and Jay working together at the front, it looked like another McFarling victory until a quarter mile from the finish when he dropped his chain after the last barrier section. Jay waited for Ryan on the pavement to the finish, but by the time Ryan had gotten his shit straight, Jay took the victory and Ryan narrowly finished second with Robson third. This got Ryan one step away from being named an official Super Juker, he would have to throw again on Sunday. Courtney Gregory was top five at the start until a sand bobble cost him dearly...here, Jonobrah is running with the preciatcha hand up.

Darrin Cheek who worked his way up to the front from way back saved his big bombs for Sunday with an agressive race plan on day two.
