Elgee, Great meeting you this weekend. Bobby told me to check out your blog and after five minutes of looking though it, I came to the conclusion that your life does not suck. Looking forward to following your posts.

Good to meet you as well Mark, I thought you would dig the pic of you riding the puddle as a misreable memory of the day. Did you guys do the entire race? We got there at 11am and it was done, what a mess....

If by "do the entire race" you mean started drinking beer at 10 pm, then yes we did the entire race. When we left in the morning there were some pretty surly looking state parks officers taking pictures. I'm guessing a case is going to be made to not allow the race there again. Cool now has a real nice single track that happens to be 8 feet wide in some sections. They should have shut it down after 8 hours instead of waiting until the morning. There is a long standing horse vs. mountain bike thing out there in the first place.
