Do Not show up to race sick and think you will just be able to ride through being sick, you will throw up on your arm warmer and leg before dismounting and puking your guts up just before withdrawing from the race. Other than that everything is perfect.
Is this a problem? Well, considering I started this race with these guys, then had enough time to change clothing, wipe the puke off my chin and snap this pic of Jono Ridler on his way to an 11th place finish in a field close to 70 riders, yes, I'd say that is a problem.
